We would like to inform you in the following about the processing of personal data in the context of the use of our Internet pages.

Types and purposes of processing personal data

General

When you visit our internet pages, personal data is also processed.

We need this information to process your enquiry, to address you correctly and to send you a reply.

Enquiries received via the contact form on our website are forwarded to one or more employees of Zweitag GmbH and processed by them. If data is no longer required in the context of a customer or interested party relationship or if a conflicting interest of the customer prevails, we will delete the data concerned, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our "interest" as defined by Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) is communication with customers and interested parties.

Cookies

Cookies are used on our Internet pages. Cookies are small pieces of text information that are stored in your end device via your browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain functions of our internet pages. On the one hand, we use session cookies, which are automatically deleted by your browser immediately after you have finished visiting the website. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law.

Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. In doing so, pseudonymous user profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.

The users' personal data is deleted or anonymised after 14 months.

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation activated. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

The IP address transmitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other data from Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; users can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offer to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under this link.

For the integration and display of video content, our website uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When a website with embedded YouTube content is accessed, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which of our web pages has been accessed. If the user is logged into a YouTube account, this surfing behaviour can be assigned to the personal YouTube account. This can be prevented by logging out of YouTube beforehand.

Parts of our website contain functions and content of the provider Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. When calling up corresponding pages, content such as images, videos or texts are loaded directly from Twitter servers. In this process, the user's IP address is usually transmitted to a Twitter server located in the USA. If the user is a registered Twitter member, Twitter can also assign the call to the corresponding user profile.

Use of SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.

The data stored by Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.

Through our website, you can voluntarily register for our newsletter, in which we regularly inform you about news from our company.

For the administration of the newsletter subscriptions and the dispatch of the newsletter, personal data is processed by the service provider HubSpot, Inc. (25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA).
